Airy is a speculative data visualization mobile app that tracks the air quality index standard which is determined by the types of pollutants in the air. When I looked at other air quality apps in my research, I found that there was a lot of information they tried to present but I found the amount of information to be overwhelming in some cases. In my app, I simplified the process of informing the user by only focusing on the air pollutant score, pollutants and history. I wanted to inform the user about the possible exposure to air pollution in their environment and after informing, it would suggest to the user to adjust the types of activities they do that day based on how the air quality is (encouraging them to do physical activity outside when the index lower and staying inside when the index is higher).
